Years into being a professional athlete, I finally feel as though I have perfected my routine to care for my body. Knowing what I know now about taking care of my body would have made me a better athlete much earlier in my career.

Program Overview:

Mindset Training

Learn how to go from a ‘fixed’ to a ‘growth’ mindset to help you be a better student of the game. The best athletes are the best students - the more coachable you are, the faster you will beat out your competition.

Nutrition Program

There is no one right diet for everyone. We will work together to explore the foods that give you the most energy to compete, what’s the right timing for you to eat before/after training or competition, and how to optimize your food as FUEL for you to outlast your opponents.

Exercise Program

Being athletic and ‘in shape’ isn’t enough. Every athlete should have an exercise program created to help them #1 AVOID INJURY and #2 gain STRENGTH and EXPLOSIVENESS to last the entire length of competition AND to help perform the skills of your sport to the highest level.

Rest and Sleep

Every athlete needs down time. There is no possible way to perform at your highest when you never take time off. Mental and physical rest are an important part of being a high level athlete. Work together to maximize your rest, find the balance between too little and too much, and what to do on your ‘rest day’.

Recovery and Rehab

Do you recover as much as you could to maximize your performance? We will work together to discuss the best recovery strategies for your specific sport, body, and timeline of in-season/out of season.
